A Note on Stroke Technique

The same Catalina Crossing commentary that informed the Race-Craft section above also included real stroke-technique insight — Puakea's "feel, power, timing" coaching hierarchy, a drill for teaching feel with the bottom hand only, and a cue about blade speed never exceeding boat speed. That material lives with the Fundamentals page's resource notes for now, earmarked for a future fold into the main practice log's Stroke Technique category — it's paddler technique, not steering, so it didn't belong on this page.
